$539,000

Really well updated and maintained 3 bed 2 bath home with pool in a desirable Chandler location with no HOA! Not a flip, but extensively renovated by the previous owner including: pool resurfaced with Pebble Sheen, cool deck resurfaced, all pool plumbing replaced including underground pipes and pumps ($60k on pool alone), roof and HVAC replaced about 10 years ago, all new windows (most are Pella), new high-quality laminate flooring inside, granite counters, cabinets all replaced, modern front door, both bathrooms remodeled with really nice tiled showers, replaced vanities, mirrors, fans, light fixtures, all stainless steel appliances, even the attic ductwork was replaced and insulation added. Well over $100,000 spent upgrading this home, improvements were built to last, not cheap like short-minded flippers who don't care what happens after closing.
